ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT CELTIC COOLING

1. PURPOSE OF THIS STATEMENT
1.1 Celtic Cooling wants everyone to be able to use our website and online information properly, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current status, known limitations and how to report accessibility issues.
2. SCOPE
2.1 This statement applies to the Celtic Cooling website, including information pages and contact options (such as contact forms).
3. STANDARD AND AMBITION
3.1 We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
4. CONFORMANCE STATUS
4.1 Partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. This means some parts do not yet fully meet all accessibility criteria.
5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
5.1 Possible issues may include:
5.1.1 not all images or icons have fully appropriate alternative text,
5.1.2 contrast and readability may need improvement in certain areas (colour usage, text size),
5.1.3 keyboard navigation and visible focus may need optimisation on some components,
5.1.4 forms and error messages may be less clear for screen readers,
5.1.5 embedded third-party content (for example maps, videos or social media) may have limitations outside our direct control.
6. MEASURES AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN
6.1 We take the following measures to structurally improve accessibility:
6.1.1 periodic checks against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria,
6.1.2 improving and adding alternative text for images and buttons,
6.1.3 improving heading structure, link text and navigation consistency,
6.1.4 testing keyboard navigation and basic screen reader support,
6.1.5 improving forms (labels, instructions, error messages).
